#BigHouseBound: Mustangs headed to Final Four
Calvin Temple (5) scored 24 points against Cleveland Central Feb. 18. The Mustangs defeated the Wolves 89-55 and have advanced to the MHSAA Final Four.
On Feb. 28, the Mustangs earned a trip to Jackson for the Final Four after defeating Cleveland Central 89-55 in the third round of the MHSAA playoffs.
In the game, Calvin Temple scored 24 points, Ken Lewis 21 points, Kevin Henry 16 points, Kaeden Laws 10 points, Decorian Payton 9 points, and Braxton Morris 9 points.
Center Hill, now 29-3 for the season, will play Hattiesburg at 7 p.m. March 5 at the Mississippi Coliseum in the MHSAA Class 5A Boys Basketball Playoffs Semifinal Round.
Seats are available on a spirit bus that will travel to Jackson for the game. The bus ride will cost $8, and tickets at the game will be $12. Permission slips are available online at http://chhs.desotocountyschools.org/.
