Winterfest at Center Hill High School will be celebrated the week of Jan. 23-27.

“Winterfest is basically our winter version of homecoming, but everything is done inside where it is warm,” said Meredith Smith, co-sponsor of Student Council. “We will celebrate Winterfest with dress-up days, a door decorating contest, nominations for club/team Sweethearts and Beaus, a pep rally, and a King and Queen of Winterfest.”

This year’s Winterfest basketball game is against the Lake Cormorant Gators on Friday, Jan. 27. During halftime of the girls’ game, participating clubs and teams will present a Sweetheart and Beau. During the boys’ halftime, the 2017 Winterfest Court will be presented and a King and Queen will be crowned.
