The volleyball team consist of three seniors, four juniors, nine sophomores and six freshman. The seniors who are also the captains are Grace Haney, Tiffany Ogden and Jordan Sandridge.

With Olive Branch moving into Center Hill’s district, it adds another division game for every sport.

“It’s just another win,” Grace Haney responded when questioned about how the game will be against Olive Branch.

Head Volleyball Coach Rachel Green said her team is “more fundamentally sound” than in previous years, even with the lost of nine seniors. She said she feels “confident that we’ll be right where we need to be” with the 2018 senior players.

Football begins Aug. 18, and the Mustangs been training hard to be prepared for the game. Alan Peacock, head coach, said the seniors have been stepping up after losing players on both offense and defense. Despite the loss of players and the tough division schedule, Peacock said the boys are ready to suit up and play the game.
