Sissy Johnson is the August Teacher of the Month at Center Hill High School.

Johnson graduated from the University of Mississippi, and has taught at Center Hill since the school started out as a combined middle and high school. Later, when Center Hill Middle School was built, she moved there to be a seventh-grade math teacher. She has been an Algebra I teacher at CHHS for four years.

“I really feel honored,” Johnson said. “There are many awesome teachers here that deserve the recognition.”
